Shipping and Returns

Shipping New Zealand wide is free for all orders over $10

  • Where I can send my order?
    Your order can be sent to any address you choose (home, work, PO Box or a friend or neighbour).
  • Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
    Yes. You can ship your order to Australia, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom and more.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Delivery within New Zealand is normally overnight unless you are rural which is 2-3 working days. International delivery times are destination specific.
  • How do I pay for shipping?
    Shipping within New Zealand is free on orders over $10. If your order is under $10 you will pay $2.99 at the checkout.
  • If you are buying from outside New Zealand your shipping charges will be calculated at the point of purchase based on the country you are shipping it to. Australian customers pay $7 shipping. There is a standard fee for international shipments (outside Australia) of 1-3 items which is $15 NZD.   if you wish to purchase more than 3 items then shipping will be charged at $15 per DLE packet.
  • Can track the status of my order?
    Yes – if you register for an account, you can login and view your orders on the “my account” page.
  • Do you use a courier or NZ Post?
    Depending on the size of your order we will use either Courier Post. For international orders we use NZ  Post and shipments to the UK, Europe and USA take approximately 10 working days but can vary as they are destination specific. All international orders are charged by weight and size of the package and may vary from our flat fee of $15 per packet. You will be advised before shipment if there is additional shipping to pay.


  • How do I return an item?
    Contact us first, by phone or email, so we can confirm your refund, and arrange the easiest way to refund your purchase, an to confirm the best way to make a return to us.
  • Do you have a deadline for returns?
    The deadline for any return is 10 days from the date of shipment. Returns must be made with the original packaging, unaltered.
  • Do I have to pay anything for my return?
    We cannot cover the cost of return postage, but we will refund the cost of your purchase minus postage and packaging.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    As long as you contact us before you make your return, we will arrange the easiest way to make a refund payment to you.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    After we approve the return, and receive the returned product, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been made in the manner we agreed when you first contacted us.
  • What should I do if my refund is wrong?
    Please just send us an email, and we will do all we can to correct any error.
