Cleanse, Heal, Hydrate... hydrate, hydrate!  

Make sure your skin doesn't dry out and avoid irritations - including perfumes and  chemicals. Treat any flare ups quickly and effectively so they don't get worse.

We recommend:

  1. Use a gentle cleanser and/or body bar.
  2. Apply a natural and effective skin repair cream to inflamed, irritated areas.
  3. Use a lotion or moisturiser to hydrate and lock in moisture.
  4. Apply sunscreen.
  5. At the end of the day remove impurities and cleanse face with a gentle cleanser.
